In my opinion, this is the best Beatles solo album. This is saying a lot considering how long this album is, There isn't a bad song on this thing. It shows how underappreciated George was as a songwriter and as an artist. George truly kept the soul of The Beatles alive with this album.

Dude I didn’t think this album would get any better for me but it somehow has. This thing is a modern indie rock classic in my eyes and I think it’s growing more and more into my favorite vampire weekend album. There’s so many fresh ideas on this record that gives the band new life and is totally different from anything they’ve done. Some of their weirdest and daring ideas are on here and they pay off in flying colors. Seriously an incredible album.

Combining all the things I loved about King of Limbs era Radiohead as well as A Moon Shaped Pool ambient soundscapes means you’re in for a soul crushing experimental ambient pop masterclass. While there was some points where I didn’t connect with some of the songs as others. This is a great album and I think it’s an important one in the grand scheme of Radiohead and Thom Yorke’s legacy in general.

Hadn’t taken a full deep dive into this record up until today when I listened during my commute, and I feel like this one is the more challenging of the two most well known and acclaimed Sigur Ros records. I ordered the cd of this and got it a couple days ago and I was impressed by both of these songs especially the Boris one. It seemed like a journey into their past but with a new spin and more modern sounds for the band. I also liked the new Melvins track a good amount. I’m not super well versed in their catalog but I enjoyed what buzz and the guys brought to the table on this one too

This album is so rad. This was the first Boris album outside of pink I ever listened to and to say the least I was mind blown and just like taken aback as to what I was listening to and kinda like opened my eyes as to what metal could be. So heavy, punishing, and at some points fun and fast paced. Absolutely love this record

I saw a comment about this album about a year ago and I haven’t been able to not say it while talking about this with friends or other people on the internet but this album is brain emptying. You can take that as you will but this is one of the best albums to just put on and shut down to whether that be after a long day or just when you want to wind down because at some points there’s just feedback and nothing else and it executes what the original philosophy was so well it created a whole sub genre in metal. This is a classic in every sense of the word, And a flawless album

Not sure how I’m just now getting to this because this is one of the best rap records I’ve heard in a while. Love everything about this especially the Mos Def, Common, and Erykah Badu features!

An absolute mind blowing cohesive experience especially I see it too. That song immediately just put me into this state of reflection and immediately made me put my full attention onto it. Anyone who loves Midwest emo and math rock NEEDS to give this a listen!

Really enjoyed this one. One of the most promising bands coming out of the post rock and post punk circuit right now! Can’t wait to see what they bring for a debut LP

A Chaos of Flowers is a refreshing turn for Big Brave while maintaining their heavy and droney roots loved the combination of ambient and drone metal without sacrificing just unrelenting and searing guitars and drums overall I really liked it but didn’t blow me away like their previous effort did that made me fall in love with the band

There’s something that this album has that a lot of albums don’t have to me and it’s this strange familiarity and nostalgia that this album exudes, and also its major vulnerability and raw production style. Some of the most powerful and raw moments I’ve ever heard on any album appear on this record and it never fails to get me every time. This record is one of my favorites ever. It’s seriously that good.

Loved a lot of this record. It’s not every day that you get an album that is mostly produced by Jai Paul so when something like this drops you gotta listen.

6+ months later and I still can’t believe this was created by humans. This is some of the most unreal avant-garde rock music I’ve heard come out in a very long time and what absolutely destroys me is we won’t get to hear more under the Sprain name. Some seriously mind altering and transcendental experiences come from this album. It’s an absolute beast and a challenge to listen to but it’s so rewarding to upon revisiting

Absolutely KICK ASS RECORD. Some heavy and brutal doom/drone metal that doesn’t get enough praise in their discography. The first three parts on this one track album are flawless.

This album is seriously incredible. One of those albums that keeps me coming back for more and more and I seem to not get tired of it when I revisit. Some truly beautiful and also brutal and depressive moments on here that have only gotten better with time.

One of my favorite drone records ever and one of my favorite albums period. Kali Malone’s 3rd album Living Torch swaps the pipe organ from her 2019 album ”The Sacrificial Code” with an ARP 2500, Modular Synthesis, Trombone, and Bass Clarinet. What results is a masterclass in electroacoustic drone composition. An absolute transcendental experience on both pieces on this album.
