René Goscinny

René Goscinny (French: [ʁəne ɡɔsini], Polish: [ɡɔɕˈt͡ɕinnɨ] ; 14 August 1926 – 5 November 1977) was a French comic editor and writer, who created the Astérix comic book series with illustrator Albert Uderzo.
