杉山紀彰
Noriaki Sugiyama (杉山 紀彰, Sugiyama Noriaki) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator. He voices Uryū Ishida in Bleach, Sasuke Uchiha in Naruto and Shirō Emiya in Fate/stay night.
